THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK WRIT PETITION NO.3393 OF 2O23 ORDER: (per AKS,J) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Telangana State Legal Services Authority to resolve the dispute.

l-earned counsel for respondent No.6 has also contended that the respondent No.6 along with the petitioner would approach the Telangana State Legal Services Authority to see that some amicable solution is worked out in respect of the custody of the minor child.
3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
