This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to dispose of I.A.No.18 of 2019 in I.A.No.220 of 2018 in O.S.No.195 of 2018 pending on the file of learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Sircilla. 2) Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the record. Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo before this Court vide USR No.31356/ 2019 dated 17.07.2019 stating that the respondents 1 to 3 have refused to receive the notice in this case. Therefore, service of notice on respondents 1 to 3 is deemed to be completed. 3) Learned counsel for the revision petitioner would contend that the Court below granted ad-interim injunction in favour of the revision petitioner in I.A.No.220 of 2018 on 27.09.2018 and thereafter on 29.11.

2018, the revision petitioner filed I.A.No.18 of 2019 seeking to grant police protection but the Court below has been adjourning the said I.A. from time to time. 4) The above submissions are borne by the record. Under these circumstances, the Court below is directed to dispose of aforementioned I.A.No.18 of 2019, within a period of thirty (30) days from today.

5) Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. No order as to costs.
