P.Jhansi Rani v. The Principal Secretary To Govt., Finance And Planning (Pc.Iii
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.21772 OF 2001 ORDER:
Despite listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal, none appeared for the petitioners when the matter is taken up for hearing. In this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking regularisation of their services.
Sri P.V.S.S.S.Rama Rao, Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent, had submitted that the petitioners are not working with the respondents as on date, therefore, considering the cases of the petitioners for regularisation would not arise. This Court, having considered the submissions of the Standing Counsel, is of the considered view that since the petitioners are not working with the respondents as on date, the question of giving a direction to regularise the services of the petitioners does not arise and the writ petition is devoid of merits.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ______________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J 19th September, 2019 v v
