THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.27404 of 2009 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioners complain against the action of the respondents in not paying salaries to the employees of third respondent sugar factory for the last 9 months as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

3. On 21.12.2009, this Court passed the following interim order: "Notice.

There shall be interim direction to the 2nd respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioners and see that the salaries to which they are entitled to as per law are paid within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order."

4. Having regard to the interim order granted on 21.12.2009, no further order is necessary. If fresh cause of action has arisen either with regard to delayed payment or non-payment of salaries to the petitioners, it is needless to observe that the petitioners can independently work out their remedies.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
