Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for 4th respondent.

Petitioner's grievance is that his representation dt.28-10-2017 for sanction of technical layout has not been disposed of by 4th respondent.

Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for 4th respondent, states that 4th respondent will dispose of the said representation and communicate the said order to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to dispose of the said representation and communicate the said order to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
