This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri L N BHADRIRAJU , Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of Sri. ALLURI KRISHNAM RAJU, Advocate for the Respondent No.2 The Court made the following: ORDER

HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA No.977 of 2Ol9 CRIMINAL ORDER:

Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in Crime No.205 of 2018 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

Ms.Malavika, learned counsel representing Sri L.N.Bhadri Raju, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, submits that as charge sheet is filed, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous and therefore, the same may be dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.

Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to lile a fresh petition in case the cause survives.

6.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
