This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.18 of 2019 of Adilabad I Town Police Station, Adilabad District, registered as 'woman missing' case.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3 .

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the missing woman was traced and some other person is named as an accused in the subject crime. Under these circumstances, no order is required to be passed in this Criminal Petition. However, the police concerned shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner/ accused.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
