The case of the petitioners is that he filed application on 26-04-2016 for grant of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the land total admeasuring Ac.112-60 cents in Sy.No.126 situated at Vaddimadugu Village, Konakanametla Mandal of Prakasam District to the 2nd respondent and application under form 6-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act on 14-09-2016 and the same are pending before the 2nd respondent. Aggrieved by the action of 2nd respondent in not passing any orders, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that applications of the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on 26-04-2016 and on 14-09-2016 in accordance with law, if not already passed orders.
