04.09.2025 ETD, J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This is an application filed seeking the Transferred to i-order before corrections Court to direct the office to correct the order dated 18.06.2025 passed by this Court in M.A.C.M.A.No.158 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the concerned Doctor and Billing Manager were examined by the Trial Court for proving the Medical Bills filed by the petitioner/injured under Ex.A4, this Court failed to consider the same in the order dated 18.06.2025 passed in M.A.C.M.A.No.158 of 2021 and had not awarded any amount under the said Head.

Hence, prayed to consider Ex.A4-Medical Bills.

On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel for Insurance Company opposed for considering Ex.A4-Medical Bills.
