This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 18.02.2011 passed in I.A.No.762 of 2010 in O.S.No.109 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada. As per the office note, the above suit was disposed of on 23.11.2011.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
