WRIT PETITION NO. 21619 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief : "To direct the respondents to register the case and investigate and file final report in respect of complaint dated 28/6/2015 which was received by them on 01/7/2015 and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of subsequent developments, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

3. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
