This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 22-04-2016 in CFR No.1597 of 2016 in FCOP No.73 of 2005 on the file of the Family Court Judge-cum-IV Addl. District Judge, Kurnool. 2.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 28-11-2016 and on 06-12-2016. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the case.

Therefore, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this revision case shall stand closed.
