When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that Crime Nos.38/2018, 39/2018 and 40/2018 have been registered by the Police on the file of the 3rd respondent police station.

In view of the same no further cause of action survives in the present Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. 3.
As a sequel there to, miscellaneous application, pending if any, shall stand closed.
