THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2758 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner claims that she is the owner of the agricultural land of an extent of Acs.5.02 cents in Survey No.180 of Padamati Yaleru Village of Athmakur Mandal in Anantapur District. She claims to have purchased the same on 29.08.2011 and she has been in peaceful possession of the same since then. Pattadar pass books and title deeds were also issued and her name was reflected in the revenue records. However, while maintaining the online records, the name of the petitioner was not found in the Web Land 1-B and Adangal. Challenging the same, she filed the present Writ Petition.

This Court noticed that the petitioner has not submitted any representation or application for correction of the online information and in view of the same, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit an application for correction of the online information in tune with the pattadar pass books and title deeds that were already issued in favour of the petitioner. As and when such application is filed, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to correct the online information as expeditiously as possible, but not later than thirty days from the date of receipt of such application.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
