O R D E R

The prayer of the petitioners in this case was as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit the Petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the second Respondent in not taking action on the complaint dt. 11-10-12 submitted by the petitioners and threatening the Petitioners to quit their cooking job as arbitrary, illegal and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to render Police protection to the petitioners mid-day meal agency in ZP High School, Thouklapoor, Nalgonda District and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

No interim orders were granted at the time of admission of the writ petition.

As the issue relates to the petitioners discharging their functions as Cooks in the Mid-day Meals Scheme and dates back to the year 2013, this Court is of the opinion that no adjudication is warranted on merits at this stage.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
