The petitioner is working as Joint Sub-Registrar, Mallial, Karimnagar district. The petitioner assails charge memo dated 12/03/2015 issued under Rule 20 of A.P.C.S. [CC & A] Rules, 1991. The petitioner being a Government servant, the petitioner has effective remedy before Administrative Tribunal.
2. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner tries to persuade that having regard to the earlier orders passed by this court, the petitioner if has implemented those orders and implementation resulted in issuance of charge
sheet, hence it is appropriate to assail the charge memo before this court.
3. It is not that these reasons or the grounds are cannot be raised in the application filed before the Administrative Tribunal, challenging the memo. I do not see any factual or legal reasons to entertain the writ petition. The petitioner is given liberty to approach the Administrative Tribunal assailing the charge memo dated 12/03/2015.
