THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY C.R.P.NOS.300 AND 309 OF 2021 COMMON ORDER The only grievance of the petitioners in these writ petitions is that the trial court is not disposing of the interlocutory applications filed by them seeking temporary injunctions.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners.

Since the petitioners are only seeking for disposal of interlocutory applications pending on the file of trial court in accordance with law, no notice need be given to the respondents.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, and without expressing any opinion on merits, since the Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted, trial court is directed to dispose of the interlocutory applications filed for grant of temporary injunction, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The revision petitions are disposed of accordingly. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
