ORAL ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Grievance of the petitioner is that even though complaint was filed on 16.12.2018 alleging that respondents 4 and 5 scolded her in filthy language, no crime is registered. On instructions, learned Government Pleader submits that based on the complaint of petitioner dated 16.12.2018, petty cases vide Consecutive Numbers 30 and 31 of 2019 under Section 290 of IPC were registered on the file of Inthezargunj Police Station on 10.1.2019 and charge sheet was submitted before the Second Class Magistrate, Warangal on 10.1.2019. 3.

In view of the above, it cannot be said that police are negligent in investigating the crime reported by petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
