CVNR,J & GSP,J C.C.No.251 of 2017 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 23.08.2016 in WPMP.No.27870 of 2016 in W.P.No.22663 of 2016 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they have undertaken before the learned single Judge that they will not press the contempt case for a period of six weeks and hence the case may be adjourned.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the petition seeking vacation of the interim order in respect of which the present contempt case is filed is pending. 4.

In the light of the submissions of both the learned counsel as noted above, the contempt case is closed for the present with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt case if need be, subject to the outcome of the vacate stay petition.
