It is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition is liable to be dismissed in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Karnataka Bank Ltd., v. State of Andhra Pradesh and others[1].
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and following the aforesaid judgment, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
