Learned counsel for the petitioners-accused Nos.2 to 5 is present.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that on completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet on 27.01.2017, before the learned XIII-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, and assigning Calender Case number is awaited, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The learned XIII-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, is hereby directed to act according to law as the charge sheet was filed more than two months back. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
