I.A.No.4 of 2026 This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the order dated 19.02.2026 in Crl.P.No.1294 of 2026 by substituting "Hon'ble XVII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad" in the place of "VI ACMM Nampally".

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to oversight the name of Court in the affidavit is wrongly mentioned as "learned VI ACMM at Nampally", the same is corrected. Hence, the name of the Court in para 7(i) is replaced with 'learned XVII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad'.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.
