THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.49 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.552 of 2016 from the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District Court, Guntur and transfer the same to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, Khammam District.

At the time of arguments, both counsel with one voice submitted that the FCOP may be transferred to Family Court, Khammam.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, this petition is allowed, withdrawing F.C.O.P.No.552 of 2016 from the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District Court, Guntur and transferred to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, Khammam District for trial and disposal. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
