THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2929 OF 2018 ORDER:

In spite of granting time to the learned Government Pleader, he did not get any instructions and hence, this Court is constrained to dispose of the writ petition.

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a direction to the fourth respondent for pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the lands of an extent of Acs.4.74 cents in Survey No.120-1, Acs.5.83 cents in Survey No.124 and Acs.3.69 cents in Survey No.125, totalling an extent of Acs.14.26 cents of Trivedupadi Village, Dagadarthi Mandal, SPSR Nellore District and the said lands were purchased by the petitioners under registered sale deeds. The petitioners state that their vendors were having pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the said lands and after verifying the said records only, they purchased the lands under registered sale deeds. Consequent to the purchase of the lands as aforesaid, the petitioners submitted an application through 'Meeseva' by paying requisite fee on 02.03.2017 and in spite of the same, when no action was taken by the fourth respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

In view of the submission of the application by the petitioners through 'Mee-seva', the fourth respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioners for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds and pass appropriate orders within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 14.02.2018 pln
