THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.27981 of 2015 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: "The petitioner prays this Honourable Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 3 & 4 in not regularizing the plot Nos.16 & 17 in Sy.Nos.2P & 3P situated at Guttala Begumpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.902 dated 31.12.2007 is arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to issue appropriate proceedings for regularisation of the said plots forthwith without insisting upon NOC from the AP Wakf Board and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Sri N.A.

Ramachandra Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, stated that the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) issued letter dated 19.01.2016 to the petitioner in the context of the regularisation of the unauthorised plots requiring her to fulfil the two stipulated conditions therein. Learned counsel would state that in the light of this communication, the petitioner would do the needful and that the writ petition may be closed recording the same. The letter dated 19.01.2016 addressed by the City Planner, West Zone, GHMC, Serilingampally, Hyderabad, to the petitioner is placed on record. As the petitioner is willing to fulfil the conditions stipulated by the GHMC for regularisation of the unauthorised plots, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the GHMC, states that he has no objection to the closure of the case. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
