Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "...to issue a Writ or any other Order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing the SHORTFALL INTIMATION LETTER file No.3006/23143/W53/2019 dated 09/02/2020 and not granting permission by referring to Draft Master Plan 2041, as illegal, arbitrary, and voilative of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and against principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the application for grant of building permission without reference to Draft Master Plan by setting aside the SHORTFALL INTIMATION LETTER file No.3006/23143/W53/2020 dated 09/02/2020 and to pass such other order/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.
During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel brought to the notice of this Court that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10465 of 2014, dated 11.04.2014, as well as the order, dated 28.01.2020, passed in W.P.No.1408 of 2020.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the orders passed in the above said writ petitions. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P. KESHAVA RAO, J 18th February 2020 mar
