THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3922 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal, East Godavari District at Kakinada to consider and dispose of I.A.No.84 of 2017 in L.R.A.No.2 of 2017 pending on its file, which was filed seeking stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the order, dated 02.11.2016, in LCC.No.669/RJY/75 passed by the Land Reforms Tribunal at Rajamahendravaram.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners requested the Court to direct the Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal to consider and dispose of the aforementioned interlocutory application as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioners, without going into the merits of the case, the Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal, East Godavari District, Kakinada is hereby directed to consider and dispose of I.A.No.84 of 2017 in L.R.A.No.2 of 2017 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
