SRI RAMESH BABU JAMPANI THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) COUNSEL FOR THE RESPONDENT Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/Accused No.4 herein in the event of his arrest in CC. No. 210 ot 2017 on the file of the Court of First Additional Junaor Civil Judge, Gurazala. The Court made the following ORDER:

\ SMT JUSTICE T. RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1015 of 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is 44, in Citlo,ZfO af 2o17 on the file of Dachepalli Police Station, Guntur District. The offences alleged are under Sections 498-4 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that only omnibus allegations are made against the petitioner, who is the brother of A1. 4.

The contents of the complaint would support the aforesaid submission.

The Public Prosecutor submits that entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is also flled and that A1 to A3 were already released by the police.

Hence, considering the above, the criminal petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Dachepalli Police Station, Guntur District, within 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Station House Officer. Z ,........F Further, on such release, the petitioner shall abide by the conditions mentioned under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code, as under:

1. The petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required.

2. The petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the. Court or to any police oFficer;

3. The petitioner shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
