ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for Certiorari to quash the order dated 10.04.2003 in O.A.No.667 of 2002 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for brevity "the Tribunal").

At the hearing, Sri G. Vidya Sagar, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, all the private respondents, except respondent No.8, who died, have been absorbed in regular vacancies and that, therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.15 to 17, who were brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.8, submitted that one among the said respondents may be considered for absorption. 4.
Inasmuch as the petitioners do not intend to pursue this writ petition, no direction as sought by the learned counsel for respondent Nos.15 to 17 can be granted. They may, however, make a representation to the petitioners ventilating their grievance. In such case, the petitioners are free to consider such representation and take appropriate decision in accordance with law.

Subject to the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
