This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, challenging the order dated 27.10.2014 passed in Crl.M.P. No.4153 of 2014 in Sessions Case No.544 of 2006 by the VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present case with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition before the trial Court. Permission is granted.
