HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.813 of 2017 ORDER:

The Contempt Case is filed complaining disobedience to the order dated 27.04.2016 passed in W.P.M.P.No.18233 of 2016 in W.P.No.14648 of 2016.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, the cases of the petitioners were considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 04.09.2018. By accepting and placing the submission of the learned Standing Counsel on record, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the rejection order dated 04.09.2018, they are at liberty to challenge the same.
