HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.967 of 2019 O R D E R :

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and the case is referred as "lack of evidence" before the learned XVII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri. In support of his submission, he produced before this Court the letter addressed by the SubInspector of Police concerned. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
