CVNR, J & MSKJ, J CMA.No.760 of 2015 Dt:18.11.2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against order, dated 01.5.2015, in O.P.No.134 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District, whereby the said O.P. filed by the respondent for dissolution of her marriage with the appellant was decreed. Mr. S.R.Sanku, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 17.11.2016, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein he has stated that he has instructions from his client to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

Today, at the hearing, Mr. S.R.Sanku, learned counsel for the appellant, has reiterated the contents of the said letter. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
