THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1116 of 2014 ORDER:

Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.50 dated 21.02.2014 promulgated by the State of Telangana, the petitioner opted for payment of lumpsum compensation in lieu of employment on compassionate grounds. He, therefore, states that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.16837 of 2012, wilful disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, has been complied with in effect.

Recording the said statement, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
