THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITIION No.2949 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, reiterating the written instructions, furnished by the Assistant Sub Inspector of Police, Hayathnagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, dated 02.02.2018, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) that police have registered Cr.No.846/2018, for the offences under Sections 447, 427, 506 IPC, and, during the course of investigation, served notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. on the petitioner and that the investigation is in progress. It is further submitted that, except registration of the said crime and undertaking the investigation, the respondent-police are not interfering with the civil disputes. The said written instructions are placed on record.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
