THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1715 OF 2015 ORDER:

Complaining that the representations said to have been submitted by the petitioners on 11.11.2014 and 05.01.2015 have not been disposed of so far, the present writ petition is filed. In the representation dated 11.11.2014, content of which was reiterated in the representation dated 05.01.2015 the petitioners are referring to judgment rendered by this Court on 17.06.1998 in W.P.No.16427 of 1998. After more than 16 years, the petitioners are seeking implementation or extension of benefit of the said judgment. For the sheer delay and latches on the part of the petitioners, this writ petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs. All the miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
