(Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Learned counsel for the appellant has addressed letter dated 14.08.2018 to the Registry to get the appeal listed "for withdrawal", based on the instructions of his client. As such, the appeal is listed today.

In view of the aforesaid letter, permission for withdrawal is granted and the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the appeal stand closed as a consequence.
