THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1153 of 2020 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.189 of 2016 on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate Court, L.B.Nagar, Rangareddy District, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 425, 120-B read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A1 and A2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A1 and A2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

Though the petitioners have raised several grounds to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid case, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to dispense with the appearance of the petitioners/A1 and A2 in the aforesaid case before the trial Court. 4.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the presence of petitioner No.1/A1 may be dispensed with, except petitioner No.2/A2.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the appearance of petitioner No.1/A1 in C.C.No.189 of 2016 on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate Court, L.B.Nagar, Rangareddy District, is dispensed with, except on the dates whenever her presence is required by the trial Court and she shall be represented by her counsel.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
