Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "...to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities 2 to 4 in issuing Shortfall Intimation Letter File No.3006/22824/W34/2020 dated 13-02-2020 and not granting permission for construction of residential building at H.No.30-2-442, in Sy.No.1081 of Madikonda Revenue Village, Kazipet (M), Warangal District, referring alleged draft Mater Plan with 200 Feet wide road as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, ultra vires and violative of Article 14 and 19(1)(g) and 300-A Constitution of India and against principles of natural justice, consequently direct the respondents to grant building permission without reference to the alleged draft Master Plan by setting aside the Shortfall Intimation Letter File No.3006/22824/W34/2020 dt.13-02-2020 issued by the 4th respondent and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel brought to the notice of this Court that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10465 of 2014, dated 11.04.2014, as well as the order, dated 28.01.2020, passed in W.P.No.1408 of 2020.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the orders passed in the above said writ petitions. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P. KESHAVA RAO, J 18th February 2020 mar
