2. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the University in not considering the case of the petitioner for counselling and admission to BDS course under Management Quota Category 'B' &'C' for the academic year 2020-2t.

3. A Bench of this Court by an interim order dated 17.02.2021 had permitted the petitioner to participate in the counselling.

In view of the aforesaid interim order as well as the fact that the academic year 2020-21 is over, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ petition.
