HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.342 of 2017 ORDER :

The revision is filed aggrieved by the order dated 21.01.2017 in Crl.MP.No.3082 of 2016 in C.C.No.3586 of 2013 on the file of the II AJCJ-cum-XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Miyapur.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the impugned order.

While confirming the condition imposed in the impugned order to furnish one case surety of Rs.5,00,000/ - each by the petitioners herein in according the permission to them to take back the passport, which is in deposit as part of the bail conditions, for the purpose of their travelling abroad; the time granted to redeposit the passport before 28.02.2017 since not taken back so far, is extended till 09.06.2017. If they failed to return and redeposit the passport, any sum out of the said amount of Rs.5,00,000/ - each can be forfeited as penalty, as per Section 53 of the Indian Penal Code, within the judicial discretion of the learned Magistrate.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. _________________________ Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO, J Date:10-02-2017 Note:
