THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 3387 of 2019 O R D E R:

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication as the subject Ambedkar Bhavan has been inaugurated by the Government official and not by the politicians.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand disposed of.
