The writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not conducting the survey and fixing the boundaries of the petitioner's lands in respect of lands admeasuring 1144 sq. yards, Sy.Nos.14 and 15, Madhapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, bounded by North : Neighbor's land, South : Wide Road, East: 15 wide Road West : Neighbors, as being, illegal and arbitrary and contrary to the \ I provisions of Survey and Boundaries Act and Rules made thereunder.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue submitted that the request of the petitioner seeking survey of residential plots cannot be considered. In similar circumstances, this Court passed order dated 14.10.2024 in WP.No.28124 of 2024, wherein the writ petition was dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner therein :o take the services of licensed surveyor for conducting survey of open plots. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further subrnitted that the Government has issued Circular No.N2/1741/2010 dated 18.05.2010 stating conduct of demarcation in respect of plots and part of land in one survey number cannot be done.

Recording the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to take the services of licensed surveyor for conducting the survey of his property, if he is so advised.
The miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order a9 costs.
