Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner died and hence, the Writ Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one by the legal heirs of the petitioner.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
