The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in C.C.No.1414 of 2015, on the fi1e of the Court of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. 2.
No representation on petitioner's side on call. 3.
On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the case ended in acquittal ald therefore, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
5.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, sha-ll stand closed.
