O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that she along with another filed appeal before the 2nd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, Mancherial Division and District, under Section 5-B of the Telangana Rights in Land And Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for cancellation of cancellation of mutation proceedings and in pursuance of the same, the 2nd respondent vide proceedings in Rc.No.G/4011/2019 dated 30.08.2019,directed the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, to verify the previous record and to inspect the spot and submit report. The grievance of the petitioner is that neither the 3rd respondent submitted any report, nor the 2nd respondent has taken any steps for disposal of the appeal. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the leaned counsel, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to all the parties, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
