This is an application seeking transfer of C.C.No.140 of 2013, registered on the basis of a complaint filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, pending on the file of IV Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, to VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hastinapur, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

The plea in this application for transfer is that the said complaint needs to be clubbed with another complaint. This is not a ground for transfer of C.C.No.140 of 2013.

Hence, this Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
