Learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dated 08.04.2019 to the Registry stating that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition, as the matter is amicably settled. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
