ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as mutawalli in respect of a wakf property situated at Qutbiguda, Hyderabad, for a period of three years, by proceedings, dated 17.08.2011. It is the pleaded case of the petitioner that even before the expiry of his term as mutawalli, he started making representations to respondent No.2 wakf board for extension of his term under Section 63 of the Wakf Act, 1995. The grievance of the petitioner is that his representations are not being considered by respondent No.2 wakf board.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, I am of the opinion that as the grievance of the petitioner is innocuous in nature, respondent No.2 wakf board is directed to consider the petitioner's representations stated to have been made on 23.08.2013 and 03.11.2015, take an appropriate decision and communicate the same to him, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.54354 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
