This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order, dated 10.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.37 of 2016 in O.S.No.41 of 2008 on the file of the Special Judge for trial of cases under SCs & STs (PoA) Act-cum-X Addl. District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing this petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No order as to costs.
